Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, urgency, and service type. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order. These fees are included in your total payment and cannot be waived except in special circumstances determined at our discretion.
3. Medication Delivery
3.1 Prescription Requirements
Prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Prescriptions can be uploaded through our platform or transferred directly from your healthcare provider. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions before processing orders.
3.2 Delivery Timeframes
We offer several delivery options:

6. Delivery Verification

7. Rescheduling and Cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel medication deliveries and lab sample collection appointments through the platform. Cancellation policies vary:
- Medication deliveries can be canceled up to 30 minutes after placing the order, provided the order hasn't been processed by the pharmacy
- Lab sample collections can be rescheduled or canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty
Late cancellations may incur charges as specified in our Refund Policy.
