Thank you for using RUSH's healthcare marketplace platform. We strive to provide the highest quality healthcare services, but we understand that situations may arise where a refund is warranted. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across our various services.
1. Healthcare Appointment Refunds
RUSH offers different types of healthcare appointments, each with specific refund terms:
- Emergency Appointments: Due to the urgent nature of emergency appointments, these are non-refundable once the healthcare provider has been assigned. However, if you were unable to connect with the provider due to technical issues on our platform, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Scheduled Clinic/Hospital Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Scheduled Online Consultations: Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours are eligible for a 75% refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Scheduled Home Visits: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are eligible for a 25% refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
2. Medication Delivery Refunds
Refunds for medication orders are subject to the following conditions:
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the pharmacy has not yet processed the order (typically within 30 minutes of placing the order).
- Incorrect or Damaged Medications: If you receive incorrect, damaged, or expired medications, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and may be required to provide photographic evidence.
- Return of Medications: Due to safety and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns of medications that have left our pharmacy partners' premises, except in cases of delivery error or quality issues.
3. Laboratory Test Refunds
For laboratory tests and home sample collections:
- Appointment Cancellation: Sample collection appointments canceled at least 6 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Failed Sample Collection: If the healthcare professional is unable to collect a proper sample due to no fault of the patient, you are eligible for a reschedule at no additional cost or a full refund.
- Test Results: If a laboratory is unable to provide test results due to technical issues or sample degradation not caused by patient non-compliance with preparation instructions, you are eligible for a retest at no additional cost or a full refund.
4. Subscription Services
RUSH offers subscription plans for regular healthcare services. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months.
5. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at irushmed@gmail.com. Include your order/appointment details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence (if applicable). Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
In some cases, we may offer refunds as RUSH wallet credits, which can be used for future services on our platform.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
RUSH reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
